The cottage was beautifully presented and finished to a high standard. It had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and use as a base. We loved the unique set up and how everything was cleverly organized to make the most of the space. The kitchen had really good bits and pieces, and there was plenty of room for the two of us.

The checkout time was a bit early at 10, which made us feel rushed when we were running a few minutes late. It put a small damper on our holiday.

As a family, we had a wonderful time exploring the area. We took advantage of the nearby golf course and spent quality time bonding over a game of golf. The location was perfect for cycling enthusiasts like us, as there were scenic routes nearby that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, Barmouth is known for its great fishing spots, and we had a memorable day out on the water, catching fish and creating lasting memories as a family. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back again!

My wife says that the cottage could benefit from having a designated play area for children.
